Follow these steps if your child is transferring from another CCSD School
Step 1
Register your child using Parent Portal Account on Infinite Campus.
Step 2
Bring in the following documents to the Register at Molasky Junior High School
Document 1: Proof of Address
The parent/legal guardian must provide one document in their name as proof of address. Acceptable forms of proof of address are:
Recent utility bill (gas, power, or water)
Receipt of Rent
Residential lease or sales contract
Examples of UNACCEPTABLE documents for proof of address are:
Driver’s License
Telephone Bill
Cable Bill
If the utilities are not in the parent/guardian's name you will need to contact:

Document 2: Proof of Identity
Parents/guardians must provide a proof of identify to register a child for school.
Parent/Guardian – Proof of Identity (1)
Driver’s License
Passport
Document 3: Withdrawal Paperwork from Previous School
Students must be withdrawn from the previous school in order to be enrolled at Molasky Junior High School.
