Opportunities for Connection
Growing professionally is vital to an NCSP's success. It enables NCSPs to acquire new skills, stay current with District best practices, and respond effectively to new challenges and expectations. EOD offers a variety of professional growth opportunities tailored specifically for clerical staff.
The Forum is a monthly online gathering designed to provide in-depth coverage of intermediate to advanced job-specific topics. Each session is carefully structured with District-related work topics, best practices, and processes that directly impact all District stakeholders, as well as a dedicated question-and-answer time.
The Support Professional Meet-Ups (SPMU) are exclusive events that provide a virtual space on Staff Development Days for clerical support professionals to develop their ability to perform essential duties and responsibilities and build a sense of belonging as part of the NCSP Pathway. District division and department subject matter experts share their expertise, discuss up-to-date developments, and provide a question-and-answer segment. Attend an SPMU to gain valuable insights while enhancing your skills and knowledge.
