Differentiated Mentoring

New clerical staff also have access to expert, on-demand support from the EOD Staff Trainers (Trainers), who serve as trusted mentors in career development, leadership skills, and professional growth. Trainers also offer guidance to help an NCSP navigate challenges, answer questions, connect with relevant resources, and identify key CCSD contacts for specific needs. 

New clerical staff have the opportunity to work with an NCSP Mentor in the same clerical position. NCSP Mentors provide personalized guidance throughout the school year, including professional growth, skill development, and an understanding of CCSD policies and job-specific best practices across various topics.
