EOD provides new clerical support professionals (CSPs) with the necessary skills to meet and exceed the expectations of all Clark County School District (CCSD) stakeholders. We do this by offering a two-year pathway for new clerical support professionals, encompassing four key components: kickoff, induction, mentoring, and professional growth opportunities. Together, these components aim to enhance employees' proficiency in their roles, foster their ability to perform their position's essential duties and responsibilities, and build a strong sense of belonging.
