The Employee Onboarding and Development Department (EOD) provides new clerical staff with two years of support through the New Clerical Support Professional (NCSP) Pathway, a program designed to build confidence, competence, and connection across the Clark County School District (CCSD). The NCSP Pathway is comprised of four key components:

• NCSP Kickoff - Intros and Insights: Orientation and welcome to CCSD

• Induction Academy - Weekly Wisdom: Essential training on job roles and CCSD best practices

• Differentiated Mentoring: Ongoing guidance from EOD staff trainers and experienced clerical staff mentors

• Professional Growth: Focused learning experiences to build skills and expertise
