All beginning and experienced new teachers are invited to attend monthly virtual NTIA modules hosted by EOD New Teacher Coaches. New teachers pick their path during the engaging and interactive modules designed to increase teacher credibility and collective efficacy through classroom management and a sense of belonging, key influences that have the potential to accelerate student achievement.
Year 1
Like a Choose Your Own Adventure book, each module offers new teachers choices on interacting with the practical strategies, forging connections with their peers, and receiving guidance for navigating the early teaching years. Check out the Y1 monthly themes below!
