Whenever a vacancy occurs in the principal position for the school, the Team assists with the selection of the next principal. At that time, the School Organizational Team must:
*At least one member of the Team must be allowed to participate in the interviewing of potential candidates.
+Decision is made in consultation with the School Associate Superintendent.
Throughout the process, all individuals participating in interviewing candidates must comply with all policies and laws regarding administrative selection and appointment and confidentiality.
