The way we think, learn, live, and grow
Creating memories and building bonds as we go
Excitement as we enter the school doors
Seeing all the love that outpours
Starting the day with Quran recitation
Being greeted everywhere with the Islamic invitation
Teachers’ and parents’ commitment and dedication
The seeds we sow shapes the new generation
As we leave back a legacy of a strong foundation
Struggles will not last for long
Facing with resilience will only make us strong
The community support continues to outshine
Together we stand united every time
Allah is there protecting you and I, with Iman by our side
A sense of belonging and being connected
Walking the hallway feeling very protected
Proudly carrying the label of my deen
Believing in Jannah and the unseen

we laugh as we roast our smores while the imam sings prayers
and the heat of the bonfire cools me, gives me warmth
the sound of kids running around, rushing to add their ingredients to their gooey desserts
the sky filled with stars shining and the forest empty
the lake gleaming and the smell of burning wood
while a woman comes in front of us, telling us to show everyone our talents and skills
people gasping in awe and laughing as the bonfire gives me warmth

Although we’re all stuck at home, there are so many activities that we can do to pass the time! For example, after logging onto my zoom classes for __(subject)__ and __(subject)__, I can have fun with my friends in a fun game of __(a game you play online)__. This quarantine is also a great way to have so much more family time. You could play __(an activity you do with your family)__ or __(another activity you do with your family)__.
