Mindful Moments

There are a lot of things to think about in the world right now. You may know someone who is nervous or frustrated. You could be learning from home, missing your friends and your family's routine has probably changed a lot. But you're not alone, despite the social distance, and you have the ability to respond in a positive way.

Take a quick look at the image below and think about some ways that you could benefit right now from managing all of the clutter in your mind and paying more attention to the present moment.

For this series of lessons we've invited our friend and fellow educator Trista to join us. When she is not making videos to share with you, she is teaching middle school science and helping her students learn how to use mindfulness to focus, navigate challenging times, improve school and athletic performance, and find happiness and fun in the world.
