Episode 3

In Episode 3, we progress to the mindful observation of an external object. It may appear easy at first, just holding an object and looking at it, but careful observation does not come without effort. Like trying to hold onto the reins of a wild and excited horse. Our mind wants to run, it loves to run, and it is hard to hold it still. Focusing on a single, simple object takes practice.
