Third place in Petrobowl (April 20, 2019)

Our group member, Yerdaulet Abuov got third place in Petrobowl organized by SPE Almaty section. Teams from fourteen universities of Russia , Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan competed. Congrats!!

100th Paper in Global EGRL

100th paper of Global EGRL (12th publication at Nazarbayev University) has been in print in Environmental Science & Technology (IF: 6.653). 10 authors including Prof. Sungjun Bae (KU), Prof. Hyungjun Kim (KAIST), Prof. Thorsten Schafer (FSU), and Prof. Seunghee Han (GIST) contributed to the masterpiece together. Congrats!!

Recruiting Graduate Students & Undergraduate Researchers

Any NU undergraduate students who are eligilbe to environmental research can join the Global EGRL after the interview.
MS and PhD students can have chances to go abroad to other institutions to train their research skills and to participate in the international conferences.
The salary will be decided based on their skills, research capability, and working hours. Other universty students with enthusiasm are also welcomed for this recuitment and interview.

Two More Papers Popped Out (II)

Two more papers have been just accepted in Chemical Engineering Journal (IF: 6.216) as 4th and 5th publications from the Global EGRL at Nazarbayev University.

Condolences on Prof. Hamid's Father's Death

Our group member, Prof. Shanawar Hamid's (Univ. of Agriculture Faisalabad) Father passed away on Oct. 19th, 2017. All EGRL group members convey the warmest condolences and sympathies on his beloved father's death. Please R.I.P in the Prairie of the God, Almighty.
