April Focus:  Mouse Control and Symmetry

     Kindergarten will continue practicing their mouse skills using the trackpad on their Chromebooks. Mastering trackpad use at an early age sets a strong foundation for all future computer work, from academic programs to creative projects. 

     Kindergarten will also explore the concept of symmetry while working in Wixie. Students will use the symmetry drawing tool to create flowers and design their own flower garden picture. To tie in our keyboarding practice, students will type a sentence describing their flower garden.
