October Focus:  Introduction to Chromebooks & Logging into Clever

  In Kindergarten, we have been busy learning how to take care of our iPads and practicing the important skills that go along with using them responsibly. Over the past few months, students have been using these iPads to explore educational games and apps such as Starfall ABCs, Starfall Learn to Read, and the variety of games found on the ABCYa app. I am very proud of the progress they have made and the excitement they bring to the computer lab each and every week.

During the month of October, Kindergarten will be gradually transitioning from using iPads to Chromebooks. We will explore the similarities and differences between the two devices, review expectations for responsible care, and begin practicing how to log into our Chromebooks using Clever.
