October Focus: Skill Review
For the quarter of school, we will be reviewing my classroom expectations and some of the important skills we learned last year in 2nd grade. Since our computer lab sessions are only once a week, we’ll spend plenty of time reviewing and practicing to ensure everyone feels comfortable and confident in computers.
We will start by reviewing word processing skills using Google Docs. Students will practice essential skills, including keyboarding, formatting text (style, size, color, etc.), and inserting images. They'll apply these skills in an "All About Me" project. Mastering these foundational word processing skills is important for their future success in life.
