The best way to insure that your email client does not classify our emails as spam is to add npym.org to your email safe sender list.
To add an email domain to your safe sender list and prevent future emails from that domain from ending up in spam, you'll need to access your email client's spam or junk email settings. Most email services, like Gmail and Outlook, have a feature to add safe senders or domains.
Here's how to typically add a domain to your safe sender list:
Access your email settings: Locate the settings icon (usually a gear or wrench) in your email client.
Find the spam/junk or filter email settings settings: Navigate to the "Junk Email", "Spam", or "Filterd" section.
Locate the safe sender list: Look for a "Safe Senders" or "Whitelisted Domains" list.
Add the domain: Enter the email domain you want to add (e.g., example.com) and save your changes.
Example using Outlook:
Go to Home > Junk > Junk E-mail Options.
In the Junk E-mail Options dialog, select the Safe Senders tab.
Click Add and enter the email domain npym.org.
Example using Gmail:
Go to Settings > See all settings.
Go to Filters and Blocked Addresses.
Click Create a new filter.
In the "From" field, enter the email domain npym.org.
Click Create filter.
