Basic Zoom Info
Here is some basic information about using Zoom.
Zoom and NPYM Recording Policies
When Annual Session Zoom meetings are being recorded you will hear an automated voice saying "Recording in Progress”. You will hear this when you enter - even if you come in after recording has been started. This screen (or a similar one) will then come up with a button to let you either “accept” or leave the meeting if you do not want to be recorded. Participants will not be allowed to save recordings - we are only allowing the account admin to save them. No recordings will be made during Worship times, but during plenary sessions, anyone who speaks or asks questions will be recorded. Everyone should expect that their image could be recorded any time other than during Worship. Links to the resulting recordings will be posted on the NPYM.org website for a limited time as non-searchable videos. For more information email as_tech@npym.org.
