This working group was inspired by NPYM's 2019 Minute and the Anti-Racism Working Groups work on uprooting racism.
This working group has an active presence during NPYM Annual Session.
This working group focuses on reducing harms done to marginalized people, especially people of color.
This working group encourages Friends to interrupt those harms, using more sensitive wording, AND commits to listen to those who are interrupted.
