Click on the picture to listen to the new year song. It is repetitive, so your child will be able to quickly join in! Talk about how each January 1st, the year moves forward. We stop and say give thanks for blessings in our lives from the year past. Help your child think of things that he/she is grateful for and record it. If he/she knows any of the letter sounds, encourage her to print that letter. She may draw a picture to go along with it. You can write what you are grateful for too!
Families of NPSC students in Grades 5-8, have access to the Growing in Faith, Growing in Christ resource. Find out what chapter your child is on from the classroom teacher.
