Juniors may be invited to attend Senior classes if recommended by the head coach.
Senior classes are designed to extend the skills of judoka from beginner to advanced. Many of the activities will focus on techniques and performing those techniques in a dynamic situation against an opponent. Each class begins with warm up exercises before leading into the skills.

Classes are run by coaches or assistant coaches who have completed or are progressing through the approved Judo New Zealand coaching courses.
