Post-Secondary Planning
A question we always ask our student is "What's your plan?" Is it joining the military, attending college or a university, entering the workforce, or taking a gap year? A place to start could be career exploration, which the counselors will start with you in ninth grade during Freshman 101. Once you find a career you are interested in, the next step is to research what kind of training/school you would need. Does this job require a high school diploma, a two or four year degree, or a higher degree, like a masters or doctorate? These are some great starting questions to ask yourself when thinking about your post-secondary plans.
