This quarter, our outside reading will be the classic American story, To Kill A Mockingbird, by Harper Lee.

Due to the research paper being our main assignment this quarter, there will be no outside reading paper for this book. Instead, there will be a Test on May 12th. Mini review assessments will be given every other week to keep track of the reading. Students should average 3-4 chapters a week.

This is an easier book to read, as far as tone and voice goes, and I hope you enjoy it.

Students will be given a hard copy, and should you wish it there are a limited number of audio books available as well.
