Honors Diplomas

Seniors who intend to earn the Academic Honors Diploma do NOT have to declare their intent.

All seniors who intend to earn a STEM, Arts or Social Science/Civic Engagement Honors Diploma must complete the following form before winter break.

STEM, Social Science/Civic Engagement or Arts Honors Diploma Intent Form**

**Students who are completing one of these honors diplomas must identify a teacher they intend to work with as a mentor for their project.  Students need to have spoken with that mentor prior to completing this form.

All work to satisfy the STEM, Arts, or Social Science/Civic Engagement Honors Diploma must be submitted to the student's mentor by March 1st.
