Morgan

Greetings, fellow Trojans. My name is Morgan, and I am 12 years old.  I have a little sister named Hadley. She is a year younger than me, and she will start attending TeWinkle next year. I love music, and I play electric bass. I generally listen to 90’s Punk and Ska, but I also like Pop Punk, Pop, Rock, Classic Rock, Acoustic Rock, Post-Grunge, Alternative Metal, Rap Metal, and Alternative Rock. My hobbies include listening to music, golfing, writing, and reading. My favorite things to read about are books on Social Issues, Murder Mysteries, and Realistic Fiction. One interesting thing about me is that I make and sell soap.

Nicholas

Hi my name is Nicholas and I am 12 years old and just started seventh grade. I like sports but I am not very good at them at times. I also like to play the piano, compose short songs, and I take piano lessons. My sisters went to Tewinkle. One thing interesting about me is that I wear gloves every day. Why? Because they are comfortable. This year I look forward to doing many things. Some of them academic, some not. I hope to get better grades, and I also strive to stop procrastinating about doing work. Also, I hope to not miss as many days of school. I am exited to be at TeWinkle. I tend to get a good score on the Star Test, and I like frogs.

Erwin

 My name is Erwin. I am twelve years old and I have nine cousins and one sister. I am excited about Journalism because of what we are going to write in this class, and what we going to learn about here. One interesting thing about me is that I like to play soccer. I also like to travel a bit. The longest trip I've been to is LA and I'm going to Mexico.  I like to sleep for hours and I also like to go to parties. I like to hangout with my cousins and friends because they're funny and because they crash into a mirror. Maybe I'll tell you that story one day.

Emily

Hi, my name is Emily Mora. I am 12 years old , about to be thirteen, and I’m in 7th grade. I have one brother and I was an only child for 10 years untill he was born. A few things about me, or things I'm interested in, is that I love baking and cooking. I have since I was a kid, and my dad’s a baker so he taught me how to make a few things, and my mom taught me how to cook, too. I'm also interested in music and a lot of stuff like that. I like playing the violin and I want to learn how to play the guitar. In general, I like listening to music. And I love writing. It's why I joined Journalism. I'm working on a few mini books for myself and I'm a few chapters into all of them. My favorite movie is The Blackphone, my favorite band is Lovejoy, my favorite kind of dog is a Charles Spaniel, and my favorite season and holidays are Autumn and Halloween.

Olivia 

Hi, my name is Olivia Jauregui. I am 13 years old and I am at TeWinkle as an 8th grader. My favorite sister and I are 10 years apart and her name is Wynter. I have one step brother, one half sister and one sister.  When I listen to music, I like listening to Taylor Swift and Tame Impala. I love being active all the time, so I do two sports -  volleyball and tennis. My favorite subject in school is English because I like to read and write. That's why I'm in Journalism class. In Journalism class, I'm excited to write about fiction. I'm excited to write about fiction because fiction could never happen in real life so I like to imagine it. One thing you should know about me is that I never quit. I force myself into doing something and to make me motivated I just think of how proud I will be when I'm finished. 

Anelis

Hi, my name is Anelis Uraga. I am 13 years old and an 8th grader at Tewinkle Middle School. My birthday is on the twenty-second of February. My favorite color is green. I come from a family of seven including me. I have four siblings. I have two brothers, one in  the Marines and one in High School. I have two sisters - one is in college and one has a job working as a cashier for a pizza place. I am the youngest in the family with two parents. I have two cats and dogs. Two of my dogs are called Otis and Milo that are both are boys. The cats' names are Nacho(male) and Nena (female). I enjoy listening to the band called “IDONTKNOWHOWBUTTHEYFOUNDME” I recommend listening to the song, “Leave me alone.” I used to watch a lot of T.V growing up, and Dinosaur Train was my favorite childhood cartoon. I have a few hobbies -  some being learning Russian. I am good at running, doing math, and playing rhythm games. 

Hi, my name is Nyema Bryant and I'm an 8th grader at Tewinkle Middle School. My birthday is July 10, 2010. I have 5 brothers that are all younger than me, and I also have 2 sisters. There are 4 brothers and 2 sisters on my dads side: David Jr, 7 years old, Malik ,6 years old, Noah ,4 years old, Teena and Tommy, both twins who are 2 years old, and Alia who is 1 years old. And I have one brother on my Mom's side named Xavier who is 8 months. One thing I like to do when I'm bored is listen to music and color or put random filters on my baby brother. My favorite genres of movies is Suspense and Dystopian films. One of my favorite suspenseful is The Intruder. My favorite music artists are Daniel Caesar, Baby Keem, Tyler the Creator, H.E.R, and Steve Lacy. My hobbies are track, cooking, and softball. My favorite food is my mom’s mac and cheese baked with cheese on top.

Tony

Hi Trojans! I am twelve years old and I like cars because when  I grow up my dad had a cool car, and I collected cars all day and I still have cars till this day. I like bicycles cause I would ride my bike with my dad to my house all the way to school. I like cats cause I'm a cat person and I currently have five cats in my house and I love all of them. If I play with them for five minute they fall asleep. I like custom led pencils cause they look cool and feel awesome when I write with them. I like video games and I play with my cousin when I finish my homework at the same time as my cousin.
