The holocaust museum was a very interesting visit. Me and the other students learned things about it that we didn't know before. When you go to the museum you can take it as a dreadful place to feel sorry or a good place to feel thankful that the holocaust happened when it did instead of now.

One reason It's important to know about the holocaust so we can be thankful of our lives now and remember the struggles people had to go through back then. Another reason it's important to know about the holocaust is so we don't make the same mistakes that lead up to the problem so that it doesn't happen again. The most powerful exhibit in my opinion was when my instructor was telling me the story about how some girl made dolls to represent the time a soldier ripped it up and threw it to the floor because this story relates to me. It relates to me because I grew up playing with dolls and i could never imagine someone ever doing that to me.

I liked when me and my group went to the children's area and wrote messages to them because I thought it was really heart warming and considerate.
