Since 1995, TD has awarded millions in scholarships to recognize students who have demonstrated an outstanding commitment to community leadership. TD Scholarship for Community Leadership recipients receive up to $70,000 for tuition and living expenses as well as opportunities for paid summer employment, peer networking and mentorship. Supporting young community leaders is one way TD is helping build a more inclusive and sustainable tomorrow.
Criteria:
Each scholarship is worth up to $70,000 for tuition fees and living expenses over four years. If you love making a difference in your community, you may have already qualified. TD Scholarships for Community Leadership are open to students across Canada who:
Have demonstrated community leadership
Are in the final year of high school (outside Quebec) or CEGEP (in Quebec)
Have a minimum overall grade average of 75% in their most recently completed school year
The application process involves writing an essay describing your community leadership experience, letters of recommendation, and details on your family and personal life.

Our goal is to help Canadians make better financial decisions, and we believe that financial literacy is the key to this mission. We think that financial literacy is a lifelong commitment, and we want to encourage students to be mindful about their relationship with money early on in their lives.
Criteria:
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident
Be 30 years old or younger
be enrolled or accepted for enrollment as a full-time student in the academic year at an accredited post-secondary institution
Submission of a letter outlining how financial literacy has made a difference in your life (more details on application pages)
