Doing Regular Check-Ins with your students every few weeks can be a great way to get to know them and also give them a voice in the classroom environment. As we look to give students voice and agency, it is so important that we talk ALL our students into account and make sure we are also amplifying the quieter voices in the room. Giving students an opportunity to provide feedback and check in with you in a variety of different ways can account for learner variability. Here are some check-ins we've used successfully:
