AP Macroeconomics
AP Macroeconomics is a college-level course designed to give students a thorough understanding of the principles of economics that apply to an economic system as a whole. Such a course places particular emphasis on the study of national income and price determination, and also develops familiarity with economic performance measures, economic growth, and international economics. The district expectation is that the student will take the appropriate AP Exam for each AP course in which he/she is enrolled. NISD will continue to financially partner with families in this effort and bring the total per exam price as low as possible.Â
Required Prerequisite: United States History Studies since Reconstruction or AP United States History, or concurrent enrollment.
