Digital PRES (Participant Research Experience Survey) is a survey that enables people who have participated in a Research study to give their feedback centrally.
It enables the RDN to evaluate the research experience centrally.
Access to real-time participant feedback via local and national dashboards.
Access to data to improve the understanding of study participants for purposes of inclusiveness and to identify any site-specific issues with the recruitment of specific groups.
It is a true ‘one network solution’ meaning consistency of service and removes the need for multiple local solutions and technologies to manage PRES
It is scalable and the onboarding process for new users is remote and self-initiated
It offers reduced costs and environmental impact by removing the need for high-cost/high-volume paper processing.
It meets the IG needs and is currently running across multiple delivery organisations and geographical/regional boundaries
It offers additional accessibility and translation options to meet the needs of under-served populations
Use of PRES is governed by its Terms and conditions (link to follow) which apply to all people who use it.
