CRN WM is the largest of the 15 local Networks across England with an economically and ethnically diverse population of approximately 6 million people.

Working with:

• Thousands of  primary care research sites (e.g. GP Practices, pharmacies, physiotherapy clinics, care homes, hospices) to prepare and support them to recruit patients to studies

• International, national and local research teams to advise them on setting up their studies and to support in their delivery 

• Patient Participation Groups in GP Practices to raise awareness of research participation amongst the wider population

• Six Integrated Care Systems (ICS) in the West Midlands to promote the integration of research and clinical services.  More information about ICSs can be found here.

From 01 July 2022 CRN WM now covers the following Integrated Care Systems:

2. Black Country ICS

3. Coventry & Warwickshire ICS

4. Hereford & Worcestershire ICS

5. Shropshire, Telford & Wrekin ICS

6. Staffordshire & Stoke-on-Trent ICS
