Recruitment Journey for Managers -RWT Training for Interview Panel members

RWT now have a centralised training package for staff who undertake recruitment and take part in interview panels.

 

The e-learning package, on My Academy, provides an overview of Trust policy and procedures, legislation, NHS standards, best practice, and TRAC processes.

 

Best practice is for all members of an interview panel to undertake the training, and Trust policy is for at least one panel member to be trained. The bitesize modules will take approximately 10 minutes each with a short assessment at the end.

 

You can access by searching ‘recruiting journey for managers’ via My Academy.

 

Once you have completed each section, the module will take you back to the ‘e-learning recruitment journey for managers’ page. Go ahead and click on the blue tile to open and play the next section.

 

Once you have  completed the training, please forward a copy of your Certificate to  training.crnwestmidlands@nihr.ac.uk for filing in your p-File.
