Training Requirements
RWT identify statutory & mandatory training requirements for all employees based on their staff group and role. You can Identify your specific training requirements by searching for your job role / title on the Training Needs Analysis.
NB. This is an abstract from a live document hosted on the RWT intranet and may be subject to change.It is your responsibility to ensure that your mandatory training is up-to-date. Each month a compliance report is forwarded to SLT Managers for cascading through Line Managers. This report shows each training topic to be either: Green-no action needed; Amber -needs to be updated in the next 3 months or Red -you are non-compliant and must complete the training now.
If you have any ‘red’ or ‘amber’ topics due in the month of the Report, you will receive an email or diary reminder from Maggie in the WFD team, asking you to ensure you complete the outstanding/due training on time.
All statutory and mandatory training should be completed through My Academy, which has replaced ESR and KITE platforms.
