QI performance tool

All staff can see all improvement projects registered via the QI site but this is a quick overview tool we have developed to assist Line Managers with staff appraisals / 1-2-1s. It helps showcase involvement in improvements. It will be used as a development tool to aid discussions to take forward quality improvement and identify any barriers which can then be supported through coaching conversations. It will help celebrate any improvement activities you have been involved in.
