For currently enrolled high school students, the due date for Concurrent Enrollment Recommendation/Approval Forms is January 6,2023 for Spring 2023 Semester.

Concurrent Enrollment Student - Chabot College
Your Student ID number (W#), ClassWeb, and Zonemail. 1. Get your W# (student ID number) You will need your W# frequently to logon to the college online systems and for campus services.
Chabot College's Concurrent Enrollment Program for our upcoming Spring 2023 semester. We will have the majority of our classes in-person and on-campus, with a wide variety of online and hybrid format classes offered as well that may be of interest to students who wish to advance their scholastics with college classes at Chabot.
Concurrent Enrollment Student at Chabot - Steps!
STEP 1
Apply for Admission Online
For assistance, visit Student Online Services.
For Undocumented, AB540 and DACA students: review the Dreamers New Student Checklist.
STEP 2
Your Student ID number (W#), CLASS-Web, and Zonemail
1. Get your W# (student ID number)
You will need your W# frequently to logon to the college online systems and for campus services.
You can get it from 2 ways:
From email: 3-5 days after your application is submitted, you will receive a unique student W# via email. Remember to check your spam folder.
From CLASS-Web:
Enter your user ID with your social security number or CCC-ID.
Enter your PIN (Default PIN is your birthdate in numerical format: MMDDYY).
Log in and click on What is my W ID?
If your PIN is disabled or you are still unable to obtain your W#, email Admissions & Records Office at ccarcom@chabotcollege.edu.
2. Login to your CLASS-Web
CLASS-Web is where students can access their student records, register for classes, and for many more services. You will need to access it frequently throughout the semesters so make sure you can login as soon as possible.
If you have not logged in yet, then follow these steps:
Enter your user ID with your W#, social security number, or CCC-ID.
Enter your PIN (Default PIN is your birthdate in numerical format: MMDDYY).
3. Login to your Zonemail
Zonemail is your student email. Make sure you can login to CLASS-Web (see above), and then follow these instructions to login to your zonemail account
STEP 3
If taking an English, Math or Chemistry course, complete Assessment and Placement
For information about updated assessment and placement processes, please visit the Assessment Center website.
STEP 4
Complete the High School Enrollment Form
Complete the high school enrollment online form.
Following receipt of your form, your Concurrent Enrollment Program admission status will be emailed to you. If approved, you will be assigned a registration date.
STEP 5
Register for Classes
For students who are interested in coming to Chabot, the Dream Center is offering virtual New Student Information Sessions twice per month. Sessions will be bilingual (English/Spanish) and will cover all new student information and steps, and will focus on additional steps and resources for undocumented students.

The Chabot Dream Center is always here to support prospective, new, and current Undocumented, AB 540, and DACA Chabot students with planning classes, transfer, financial aid (CA Dream Act Application), scholarships, residency (AB 540 & residency reclassification), FREE immigration legal aid consultations, and more.
