One of the main pillars that makes our School unique is the evolution of what many parents and staff describe as a unique community spirit.
The NPG serves two purposes within this community - to provide parents with a platform through which to start conversations with, and provide feedback, to the School and to provide a range of great social and special interest events. We welcome all volunteers to join our vibrant and diverse committee, with the main aim of maintaining an inclusive NPG where all ideas are considered valuable.
Many of us work part-time or full-time, many of us travel and some of us lack domestic assistance, so it doesn’t matter if you can provide a lot of time to the NPG or a little, all contributions are welcome. Our goal is to build a great 2018 calendar, and be open, honest and transparent representatives of all Nexus parents, but we can’t do it alone – we need your help.
Whenever possible, NPG Meetings (all parents are Members of the NPG) are now going to occur on the first Thursday morning of the month.
Please have a look at the next set of important NPG dates:
Please approach any of the team in the NPG Room at any time to volunteer your assistance and please keep an eye on our re-vamped Facebook page – Nexus Parents Group.

The very first Korean Parent Group Coffee Morning at NPG room this Wednesday was very successful. Some of us shared interesting anecdotes that happened to their children and themselves in school, but other than that we discussed many more things. For example, many of us, including me, expressed their great interest in taking part in school activities for our school as well as our children and we are all agreed that it is hard when we do it individually but it would be much easier when we do it together and help each other. We've already formed a group chat room over Korean SNS called Kakaotalk and are very enthusiastic to continue this meet up regularly to do so.
