Intercom supports creating personalized reports to measure various KPI metrics. This is of great importance for measuring KPI and keeping track of performance. Here's how to create personalized KPI reports in Intercom:
Go to Reports and click the + icon at the top of the menu or select "New Custom Report" from Your Reports.
2. Choose a template to customize or click "Create your own" to start from scratch.
3. Give your report a clear title and description.
4. Add charts for each KPI by selecting the appropriate chart type (KPI, column, bar, line, etc.).
5. Set your preferred date range using the date picker.
6. Choose metrics relevant to your KPIs (conversations replied to, CSAT score, response times, etc.).
7. Apply filters to focus on specific channels (chat, email) or other parameters.
8. Name each chart clearly and add descriptions to identify what each shows.
9. Resize and arrange charts by dragging from the bottom right corner.
10. Save your report to access it later from "Your reports."
