Content Filter Failure - The datacenter's A/C failed and everything overheated. After ventilating the datacenter everything has returned besides the two filters. Neither will boot. They have been bypassed for now. Everything should be back up besides filtering, but Google sites may be slow to respond initially as your web browser realizes the filter is no long available.
