Pin emails - Hover over the message and select pushpin icon - it will now appear at topÂ
Need a To Do List - click on the checkmark to the left

Unsend Setting: Settings: Mail: Compose and Reply - Scroll to Undo Send - Set up to 10 seconds to unsend
Schedule a Send for your email: Next to Send - click arrow for dropdown menu and choose "Schedule"
Need a signature? Open an email, choose the icon with the pen and squiggle below, add a signature or create a new signature. You can set a default signature in the Outlook settings: Compose & Reply.

An @mention of a contact will automatically add them in the to field and draw their attention to a part of the email.

Create Rules to keep your inbox clean. Click on an email, click three dots in upper right, choose "Create a Rule". By default the sender appears, decide where you want these emails to go automagically (or choose "More Options" for more advanced settings), click ok. From now on emails from that sender will be sent to the chosen folder. Try Sweep to quickly apply a similar rule!
Create Groups. Choose the icon with 3 people to the left - Name the Group and Add Members. Click on the Groups - you can see emails, share files and create events.
Use the Search bar to help you find what you are missing
Archive instead of delete if there is a chance you will need the email again!
Set up Automatic Replies, if for example, you are out for a day or so... Settings Gear: Automatic Replies

Need to make a quick note to yourself or grab some information you want to share? Click on the icon with the "N" at the top. This opens OneNote Feed - you can make virtual sticky notes. Need to copy the information from the note into an email - drag it over to the email - great for things you find yourself typing in emails over and over again!
