Managers of all contingent workers are automatically notified 45 days before a worker's end date to confirm or extend it. If no response is received, additional notifications are sent 14 days and one day prior to the end date.
Once an extension is confirmed, the new end date is sent via Beeline. The supplier must confirm this new end date with the worker and accept it in Beeline. If a worker is ending, the confirmed end date and offboarding information will be provided.
Suppliers are responsible for communicating extensions or end dates to the worker.
For natural end of assignments:
Notification: The Contingent Talent team notifies the supplier of the end date via Beeline
The supplier confirms that the worker has been informed.
Equipment: Follow equipment collection guidance.
Final Hours: Supplier reminds the worker to enter final hours in Beeline.
Feedback: If provided by the manager, the CT team shares performance feedback with the supplier.
For unplanned terminations:
Notification: CT Partner informs the agency of the reason for termination and next steps via phone and email.
Belongings: Request a list of the worker's belongings.
Equipment: Supplier is responsible for returning it to Netflix.
Final Hours: Supplier reminds worker to enter final hours in Beeline.
ALL REGIONS: If equipment was issued to the worker (laptop, fob, etc.), we need your assistance to retrieve it. Please let your worker know to request a shipping label/box at this link and have them mail return the equipment. The link and guide can be used for active and termed workers.
If you have any questions about returning equipment, please connect with the CT Partner.
If your worker was terminated and not able to collect their personal items prior to leaving the office:
Connect with your worker to confirm what items need to be collected
Provide the CT Partner with the list of items
Supplier will provide the mailing address if items need to be shipped to the worker
CT Partner will connect with the supplier to either coordinate a time to pick up the items from the office or Netflix will ship the items to the worker
If a worker is converting to a full-time employee:
CT Partner provides last day of contingent employment to Supplier
Final Hours Submission: The supplier reminds the worker to submit their final hours in Beeline
Conversion Fee: If a fee is owed, the CT Partner reviews conversion terms and hours worked to determine the fee
Invoice Details: Once the fee is confirmed, the CT Partner instructs the supplier to include the following on the invoice:
Worker's Name
Hiring Manager
Cost Center
Invoice Processing: The supplier sends the invoice to the CT Partner, who then forwards it to Beeline for processing
