Game and Practice Schedules

Daily Shuttle Schedule

1st Shuttle (3 p.m.)

Leaves Rockland MS/HS at 3 p.m. Arrives at Rockland Elementary at 3:15 p.m.

2nd Shuttle (5:15/5:30 p.m.)

Leaves Rockland Elementary at 5:15 p.m. Arrives at Rockland MS/HS at 5:30 p.m. Returns to Rockland Elementary by 5:45 p.m.  

Required New York State Physicals

 All student-athletes must have a current sport's physical to participate in athletics.

Please contact Mrs. Davis, the school nurse, if you have questions regarding sport's physicals. Sport's physicals are only valid for one calendar year.
