Mindex is aware of each of these issues. Each one listed has a fix timeframe included.
Census > Student Record > Addresses tab: Landline phone: If there is no landline phone, it SHOULD toggle to the next phone number and report that to DW. It's not. The workaround is to mark the "unknown" or "000-000-0000" landline phone number as "Is Listed".

Teacher Home > Classes > Submit Marking Period Grades: Legacy Version of Grade Book MP Grade isn't the same as the New Grade Book view of Grade Book MP Grade for Copying - the New Grade Book doesn’t show the rounded value and lacks the decimal places to confirm that the grade copied is in fact the correct grade for the student.
Workaround: Select a category within the gradebook and then click on the refresh arrows to recalculate the average.

Teacher Home > Classes > Submit Marking Period Grades: If a teacher has already clicked Copy Grade Book Averages, the scores are successfully saved in the database but do not update on the screen unless you navigate away & back to that page. If a user tries to Copy Grade Book Averages again, an error is thrown.
Workaround: When you navigate back to Grade book - DO NOT click on Copy Grade Book averages again.

Teacher Home > Classes > Gradebook Editor: In the TRAINING site, an error will occur when assuming account and accessing gradebook.
Workaround: Log in as the user, do not assume account.

New Gradebook - Cannot Submit Progress Report comments (only) if subject is not tied to a grade/grading scale: If a district does not grade for progress reports but does have teachers enter comments, teachers will not be able to do so in the new gradebook and will see this message: "No Subjects in this Course."
Workaround: Call NERIC for assistance. We can assist with adding the appropriate Subject/Grade Grading scale.

Counseling Unlock Marking Periods - Not working for NEW Submit Descriptor/Standard Marking Period Grades: Counseling > Unlock Marking Periods: using the Unlock Marking Periods in the counseling module, it does not actually unlock the NEW submit screen for teachers.
Workaround: Unlock the Marking Period in Maintenance > School Year > Configuration - modify the lock date for the building to allow teachers access.

Timeout Message while trying to submit MP Grades: Teacher Home > Classes > Submit Marking Period Grades: Gradebook averages in Submit Marking Period Grade Screen are taking too long to populate that it results in a timeout message.
Workaround: Use Legacy Gradebook.

Inactive Buildings Display in Calendar: Maintenance > School Year > Calendar: If a district has an inactive building, it is displaying in the dropdown to select when creating new calendar entries.
Workaround: There is no workaround at this time. Be sure to select the appropriate ACTIVE building.

Standard Transcript 003 - Regents area cut off by invisible Activities/Custom Activities section: Maintenance > Application > Report Format: If this transcript is used, the Custom Activities will cut off the Regents area. "Show Custom Activities Section" is a new feature that was automatically enabled in v21.2-R1.
Workaround: Turn this feature off in Maintenance > Application > Report Format for Transcript 003. Uncheck the Show Custom Activities Section.

Marking Period defaults to current MP instead of previous MP when entering grades in NEW gradebook: Teacher My Home > Gradebook > Submit Marking Period Grades: when attempting to submit marking period grades for the marking period that has just passed, the submit marking period grades defaults to the CURRENT marking period instead of the MP that just closed and needs grades to be submitted for.
Workaround: Change the MP back to the correct MP that you are entering for.

Online Pre-Registration duplicating contacts when a student transfer is accepted: Census > Receive Student Data > Online Pre-Registration: when attempting to accept a student the prompt for accepting Contacts is to 'Use an existing contact' but this list is blank. This will force users to use create new which will create duplicate contact(s) when the student transfer is accepted.
Workaround: A workaround is unknown at this time.

Descriptor Graded Courses appearing on Canned Secondary Traditional Progress Reports: When running a Traditional Progress report, courses that are set to be descriptor graded, are appearing on the progress report.
Workaround: Go to Scheduling > Course Catalog, select the course and check the box for "Exclude from Progress Report."

An error occurs in the Student or Parent Portal when there is an unnamed category or the category totals do not equal 100 in the Teacher's Gradebook: When students or parents go to view averages in My Home > Grades > Marking Period Average they will receive an error and unable to view grades.
Workaround: Teacher must go into their gradebook and delete or name the unnamed category OR make sure all categories equal 100.

Receive Student Data does not recognize changes made in Student's Contact: Effects BOCES & Home District (through District Connections). When the "Receive Student Changes" is turned on in the district connection (Maintenance > Application > District Connections), changes made at the 'Sending' or 'Receiving' district to the student contacts, the updates are not being received by the district when you use Census > Receive Student Data > Update Students.
Workaround: No known workaround at this time.

Error when printing certain Discipline letters: Student Record > Discipline > Referral > Print Letter: When trying to print certain discipline letters, an error will occur if there are special characters < or > in the referral.
Workaround: Edit referral and remove any special characters and save the referral. The letter will then run as it should.

Blank Screen in Residents & Household Report: Census > Reports > Residents and Household Report: When running this report, it will generate in a new screen but the original SchoolTool screen will appear blank.
Workaround: In order to get back to reports, you must click on Census > Reports.

Students print repeatedly on Grade Analysis Report: Counseling > Reports > Grade Analysis Report: prints student names repeatedly when multiple teachers are assigned to the same course.
Workaround: None at this time.

Error editing grading scale: Teacher Home Screen > Gradebook Setup: an error will occur when a teacher's scale is edited in the legacy gradebook.
Workaround: Use the NEW grade book.

Google Classroom Issues: Google Classroom assignments with Video Attachments will not import assignment grades
Workaround: Remove video prior to importing assignments.
Google Classroom: Apostrophe in student's SchoolTool Email does not allow the Roster Sync to add the student to the Google Classroom
Workaround: Remove the apostrophe from the student email.
