BEFORE Running Transcripts/Report Cards

ALWAYS look for errors in the queue BEFORE generating transcripts or report cards! 

1. Maintenance > Application > Queue Setup 

2. Select the "Re-run Error Jobs" button if displayed. 

3. If errors do not clear, please contact NERIC SchoolTool Support.

To lock the Rank/GPA:

1. Maintenance > Grading > Lock Rank and GPA. You can ‘lock’ the GPA Rank Average and Student Rank (e.g., 5 out of 126 students).

To review the locked Rank/GPA:

1. Counseling > Reports – Rank/GPA Report 

2. Select the ‘Show stored locked values’ checkbox to view locked Ranks and GPAs.

1. Maintenance > Application > Report Format

2.  > Transcript/Permanent Record   Report 

or

 > Traditional Report Card 

3. Choose the applicable transcript/report card.

4. Select the applicable locked Rank and/or GPA from the dropdown menu. 

The GPA Rank is calculated by all students that share a common graduation year or ‘Class of’.
