Let’s crawl back in bed!

Generally speaking, people regard “crawling back in bed” as a bad habit which should be broken. But the speaker opposes this idea, holding the contrary statement– she wants to break the myth that sleeping in is harmful to humans, change our view of sleeping in, and invite us to give it a try. She introduces several benefits humans can gain after crawling back in bed, and she also teaches us the “right way” to do so.
