Below you'll find a step-by-step explanation of a] how to register for the conference Collect&Connect, and b] how to claim your seat for the sessions of the conference you are interested in.

  • Please note: Participating in the conference Collect&Connect: Archives and Collections is free of charge! However, please be aware that each session has a maximum number of participants, so please make sure that you do not wait too long until you claim your seat for the sessions you would like to attend!

STEP 1: Go to the website: and click on button: Login.

STEP 2: A pop-up window will appear. Fill in your name, email address, and job title in the form and click on the button: Register.

STEP 3: You are now registered. Please do not forget to fill in your profile by clicking on the button: Edit profile.

NB: We are fully aware that these days digital services are accumulating too much data about individuals. However, since this conference is not only meant to present new research in the field, but also to meet new colleagues in the field, we have decided to use the service Networktables to enable you to network virtually. The Networktables environment allows you to:

a] to see who is attending each session,

b] to view the profile of session participants,

c] to establish link with other conference participants, and

d] to exchange contact details and other informations with conference participants even after the conference has ended.

STEP 4: Claim your seat for the conference sessions which you would like to attend! There is no limit, you can attend as many sessions as you want. Claiming your seats can be done in two ways:

CLAIM YOUR SEATS - OPTION 1: Go to the program overview here, and claim your seat for the sessions your are interested in. You find the right links between the arrows (=====> LINK <======)

CLAIM YOUR SEATS - OPTION 2: Go to the networktables website: and look for the sessions you are interested in and get yourself seated.
