A transplanted Californian, I have built a home and academic career in Virginia (B.S., George Mason University; M.A., University of Virginia). A state-certified Reading Specialist with VCEA certification in Middle School, I'm beginning my thirteenth year of teaching at Nativity. Surrounded by family, friends, and my students -- and part of our very welcoming Nativity Community -- I'm excited about continuing our journey this year.
