As subject knowledge, industry standards, technology and student needs continually evolve, so too does our responsive and responsible approach to Learning Design.
Through embracing and promoting agile and inclusive frameworks such as ABC (Active, Blended and Connected) and UDL (Universal Design for Learning), we advocate for a College-wide approach that incorporates contemporary perspectives on using our learning spaces and tools in dynamic ways. We seek to extend and connect learning beyond the classroom, workshop, studio, salon or kitchen to embed real world learning.
Our staff are active in promoting and celebrating lecturers’ best-practice through vibrant learning, teaching and assessment communities across the College and the wider sector.
