Scheduling for Transferring Students

Information for LBHS-zoned students returning to SCPS

If you reside in the Lake Brantley High School zone and plan to attend LBHS in August 2026, you must:

1. Complete the online enrollment: SCPS Enroll Your Student. You can also review the video below provided below.

2. Once completed, our Registrar will contact you through e-mail with approval or to request additional documentation.

   1. • Official Transcripts from previous (or current) school

      • Birth Certificate

      • Immunizations documented on State of Florida Form FL-680

      • Student Physical within Past Year

      • 3 Proofs of Residence

        1. • Utility Bill

           • Lease or Deed

           • Personal ID: Drivers License, Automobile Registration, or Voters Registration

3. Once enrollment completed and verified:

   1. • We will provide an Academic History and Elective Selection Form

      • A School Counselor will review your transcripts and this form, then prepare your Pre-Registration

4. In June, your School Counselor will be assigned and you will receive additional information regarding remaining steps to prepare for next school year.

Information for students Not Zoned to LBHS

If you have not already done so, apply for the appropriate transfer option through the SCPS Student Assignment & Program Access Office (SAPA). Please note: Lake Brantley High School cannot assist you until after your transfer has been approved by SAPA.
