Everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and work in a clean and safe environment. Please take the time to read the information on this page carefully and review this page monthly. When you finish reading this page you should understand Mrs. Hernandez’s policies and expectations on:

Entering the Zoom Classroom

• • Login before 8 am - you should be in the waiting room by 8 am

  • Get your supplies ready (Algebra folder, homework, pencil, eraser, pen for correcting, etc.)

  • If I have not let you into the Zoom Classroom by 8:02, please email me.

At All Times

• • Be respectful

  • Stay on task

  • Allow others to concentrate

  • Listen carefully to directions

  • ​Listen when others are speaking

  • Encourage one another

At the End of the Period

• • Make sure you have asked all questions

  • Wait until dismissed by the teacher before you leave the Zoom classroom

What if Something Goes Wrong? (Discipline Procedures)

• • You will be given a verbal warning

  • If the negative behavior continues, you will meet with the teacher to discuss your behavior

  • If the negative behavior still continues, your parent(s) will be notified

  • If the negative behavior still continues, you will be referred to Mrs. Mundschau, our principal

Important: You will not be given a verbal warning for some behaviors that go against the school rules. These behaviors include cell phones, dress code, academic dishonesty, tardies, etc.
