Future Expansion Consideration
In order to ensure that the project adjustments that can be implemented in the region of 20 Strade de Pariser Kommune , Berlin continues in its development, the proposed alterations have been carefully considered. When making future extension plans, we must consider,
· Green Roofing is one of the considerations for future expansions, Numerous advantages of a green roof exist on an economic, ecological, and societal scale. A green roof protects against rainfall runoff, filters the air, lowers outdoor temperatures, controls inside temperatures, conserves energy, and promotes biodiversity in urban areas. The temperature on the roof is lowered by a green roof. The effectiveness of the solar panels is higher because of this cooler roof, which lowers your overall energy bills.
· The outdoor still has space for shared outdoor areas, so adding two further blocks is something else to think about in the future. In the future, there will be two more buildings that we can think about placing between the two present buildings. And since there is more space, the other one can be considered behind the new build.
· Building codes have set some restrictions on heights of existing building, therefore extending horizontally won't cause any problems. There is also the opportunity to add another floor to new build in the future.
