Building Surveying

This section highlights the sites pre-existing building condition, justifies the project and the building material used within the project in terms of sustainability. While also providing U-values for the walls and floors. In one section within the building surveying chapter, proposed future ideas to improve the sustainability even further will be proposed to ensure that the client is aware of future possibilities of the site when participating in the Net Zero Carbon requirements which are due to be imposed.
