WE NEED YOU- WORK SAFELY
Our goal is to establish and uphold a culture in which the welfare of our employees and those with whom we collaborate comes first.Health and safety policy offers a framework for managing health, safety, and wellbeing effectively. We strictly follow Arbeitsschutzgesetz (Occupational Safety and Health Act) and standards set by the Berufsgenossenschaft der Bauwirtschaft (BG BAU). Also ensures that all health and safety risks are assessed and safe work systems are developed in accordance with Health, Safety, and Environmental Management systems. Our Employee Wellbeing Policy also acknowledges that we have a responsibility to look out for the physical and emotional wellbeing of our employees. We routinely discuss health and safety performance. Audits against the requirements for OHSAS 18001 and 14001, the standards for Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management, offer further confidence.
We prioritize safety, quality, and excellence in every aspect of our operations. We understand the inherent risks and complexities involved in the industry. That is why we have made risk assessment an integral part of our business approach. We understand that effective risk assessment is not a one-time event but an ongoing process. As new projects emerge, technology advances, and regulations evolve, we remain committed to staying ahead of potential risks. Our dedicated team of experts continuously reviews and updates our risk assessment strategies to address emerging threats and incorporate industry best practices.
The site's traffic management is a crucial area of relevance. Wriezener Karree and Am Wriezener bhf will be the site entrance and exit, respectively. Traffic on a site moves in only one direction. There will be two security cabins at the entry and exit. At the entrance and exit of the construction site, there will be clear signpost boards available. To ensure the health and safety of employees at work, welfare facilities are required. On-site welfare facilities address a wide range of fundamental health, safety, and welfare concerns. In order to ensure the workers' health and wellbeing is maintained in a satisfactory way, welfare facilities will be offered at appropriate locations on this site. The required actions to prevent fire on the building site are provided. In order to prevent fires, the site design places firefighting supplies and an alarm system close to the construction site. For seamless mobility, traffic and pedestrian movement are separated. In order for delivery vehicles to easily remove the waste from the site, skips are placed close to the facility's exit. Car parking facilities are provided near the entrance of the site. A storage area is provided near the existing site.
We recognise the significance of completing projects to the greatest levels of excellence, safety, and quality. With our constant dedication to quality assurance, we hope to be your go-to supplier for all of your building needs. A Quality Assurance, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management System that we have established and developed includes these three goals. To guarantee that these standards are upheld consistently and that we pursue continuous improvement and industry best practises, we hire a specialised internal Compliance and Environmental Manager.
