Sheffield's known as a great northern city – and we are proud to be in Yorkshire.
But look on a map and you'll see that we are actually right in the middle of the UK, with great transport links to the rest of the UK. For example, we're just two hours from London by train.
The city itself is served by excellent bus services – and the famous Supertram.
We have two campuses, City and Collegiate. We run a free shuttle bus between the two campuses, which takes about 10 minutes, or you can walk which takes around 20 minutes.
Our City Campus is located opposite Sheffield train station and next to Sheffield bus station – as you walk out of the station you are right in the middle of our campus.
Collegiate Campus is about 20 minutes' walk from the city centre, in the popular student area around Ecclesall Road. The MSc Dietetics (pre-registration) course is based at Collegiate Campus but some practical sessions will take place in the Owen building at City Campus.
If you're travelling between our two campuses, we recommend walking or taking the bus. Buses are frequent and take just 15 minutes. You can get the number 81, 82, 83, 85 or 88.

Most bus operators in Sheffield provide a £1.20 student single bus fare if you show your SHU card or NUS card
