Assessment Support

Most of the assessments will take the form of coursework and are practical in nature.

The 4 placements (3 clinical and 1 extended scope) are pass/fail and require students to demonstrate competencies in relation to learning outcomes. You will be required to keep a portfolio of evidence to capture your development and competence throughout the placement period. The portfolio is now electronic and we use a platform called PebblePad. This enables easy access and sharing of working between you, university tutors and practice educators.
